RGBright Media and Production exists as a network for creators to provide various digital services and products.
These creators are not employees of the Company, and they will not receive any payment from the Company.
Purpose
Registering as a Creator with RGBright Media and Production offers several benefits for startup and professional content creators, including:
- A free place to showcase your work
- A free platform to sell your services to customers, with no hidden fees or charges owed to the Network
- A community of like-minded creators with whom to collaborate
- Increased chances of your content and services being found versus a small site with only one creator
As an RGBright Creator, you’ll be able to:
- Sell your services to customers as an independent vendor
- Showcase your personal projects to the world
- Work with other creators on collaborative projects
- Create and join Creator teams to take on larger projects
RGBright Creators must adhere to the following regulations and standards:
Publishers
Creator Page will be listed under BrainWave
Content will be branded by BrainWave or BrainWave Digital, with any applicable advertisements, and will credited to the original author/creator
The author/creator will maintain all rights to their own content, and may choose to have it removed from the site at any time
- Publishers Can:
- Submit content to be published on their Creator Page
- Submit video channels and social media feeds to be embedded on their Creator Page
(Publishers will have full control of their channels and feeds. All content will be visible as it is from the original source)
- Publishers Must:
- Be at least 14 years old
- Publish at least half of their content in English, or with no language, (visual-only content)
- Publish at least 100 words or 30 seconds of video/audio within 90 days of registration
Sellers
Creator Page will be listed under RGBright Creators
Content will not be branded by BrainWave or BrainWave Digital unless it is submitted for publication to BrainWave or BrainWave Digital
- Sellers Can do everything listed above, plus:
- List products, content, and services to sell to customers
- Collect orders from customers through the RGBright Media and Production website
- Upon request, have customer orders, product delivery, and payments handled by RGBright;
(a charge of 5% will be collected on payments handled by RGBright Media and Production, and customers will be charged sales tax for purchases made in Tennessee and/or their place of residence)
- Sellers Must meet all the requirements above, plus:
- Be at least 15 years old, with parental consent, or 18 years old
- Be able to conduct business in English with English-speaking customers
Benefits
the following features and benefits apply to all publishers and content creators registered on the site
- Free content publication
- You’ll never be charged for anything you publish on the site
- You can also sell content for free. However, if you choose to have us handle your payments, you’ll be charged a 5% handling fee
- RGBright Creators may create, publish, and sell any of the following types of content:
- Books and Novels
- Articles and Essays
- Short Stories
- Poems
- Recipes and Lifehacks
- Videos, Movies, and Documentaries
- Digital tools, (how-to articles, tech FAQs and Q&As, file editors and converters*, etc.)
- and more.
RGBright Creators may not create or publish any content endorsing, depicting, or otherwise representing any of the following:
- Undue discrimination against a person or group of people based on:
- Gender
- Nationality
- Race
- Religion
- Marriage or romance between people of the same biological gender
- Sexual or pornographic activity
- Violent or criminal actions representing an intent for the customer or audience to carry out such actions in the future
How It Works
- Sign up for a creator profile. You’ll have to choose a Publisher or Seller profile.
If you choose a Seller profile but are only eligible for a Creator profile, we’ll automatically update your request. - We’ll review your application and contact you to confirm your eligibility.
- We’ll then work with you to create the perfect page for you to host your content. This includes:
- A page located at RGBrightMedia.com/creators/your-ending
- Integrations for publishing Twitter, Facebook, and other social feeds, as well as YouTube
- Finally, we’ll walk through the process of creating the content you choose to publish and/or sell.
- If you sign up as a seller, we’ll also complete a few extra steps to create a smooth experience for you and your customers.
- Your products can be ordered with your own custom link, RGBrightMedia.com/rgb/order/?creator=your-ending (same as creator page ending).
