Moonlight… my peaceful delight
The little bit of light that protects me from the night
You light the ever going path of the ancients
And show your compassion in your silent compliments
You are the keeper of lost tales
Tales of such greatness and beauty
Because of the ancients details
And you protect these tales because such matter is your duty
You are a fire lit in my heart
To me you are art
You are beauty, you are smart
And to describe you, where can I really start
You give me hope
Seeing as you are light inside of darkness
Then why can’t we as humans have the same…
The same in our own life
You are a teacher with teachings spoken of silence
You are a beautiful science
To honor you would be love of the highest,
The highest because we honor the finest
Moonlight… Moonlight… Moonlight
Bright delight
Shown in the night
You are the humans knight
